The Garmin 305 is probably the most used and most respected watch worn by serious runners. Although the 405 has a couple extra features, it sometimes can become unresponsive if it gets sweaty. This device can measure your heart rate, keep track of your running routes, and more. Gone are the days of those clunky pedometers. I love this device.
